takeaway message

The 10 rules against cancer are part of the message that will be distributed nationwide through 50,000 reusable pink cloth bags , which are part of an in-kind donation made by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) to the "Network Against Cancer ".

In this first stage of the donation program, the bag will be sold through a significant donation to the civil organizations that make up the Network Against Cancer; It will be a funding mechanism that helps maintain the campaign of preventive information and vaccination against Human Papilloma Virus " United to prevent Cervical Uterine Cancer".

This initiative coincides with the ecological awareness movement recently started in the Federal District to limit the use of plastic bags and promote recycling to reduce damage to the environment and, at the same time, aims to spread messages for the benefit of women's health and the population in general. Through this donation, GSK and the Red Contra el Cancer seek to impact the decrease in death figures from cervical cancer in Mexico, where between 4,000 and 6,000 women die each year, that is, one woman every 2 hours.
