9 signs that show you're not drinking enough

To stay hydrated and allow the body to function well, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of 200 ml of water per day, or about 1.5 liters. How do you know if you are drinking enough throughout the day?

If you're 60 pounds, you're carrying 40 pounds of water inside you . The latter makes up 65% of our body . It allows us to feed all our organs and maintain our "wet" areas: joints, eyes, saliva, to hydrate the skin or even to allow us to ingest the necessary nutrients. Also, if you don't drink enough, the body reacts immediately.

8 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY

To be properly hydrated , you need to drink a lot. But depending on its size and weight the need varies. Be aware that the body evacuates between 2.5 liters and 3 liters of water per day, of which 1.5 liters go in the urine . If it is very hot and you sweat a lot, it can increase.

It is estimated that "staying well hydrated" means drinking between 1.5 liters and 2 liters per day . Ideally, they should be spread throughout the day, drinking 8 200ml glasses of water throughout the day. No need to drink more, unless you're thirsty, of course. Food, and especially fruits and vegetables, also provide us with a large amount of water.

If you don't drink enough, your body will let you know: dark urine, feeling thirsty, headaches, fatigue, constipation... these are all signs of dehydration ! Do not wait to feel the need to drink to hydrate yourself and pay attention to the signs that your body sends you.
